I have been curious about Edmodo for a while. When the screencast assignment came up, I jumped on the opportunity to explore it in more depth.
I used Screencast-o-matic for the recording which was an easier process than I thought it would be. Check out my screencast below.
This was my second attempt at recording the screencast. The directions were simple, clear, and easy to follow. It was cool getting to explore Edmodo too. I hope that you enjoyed my first screencast and learned more about Edmodo.
I hadn't explored Edmodo's Spotlight feature so thanks for speaking about it. I use this platform for the groups- I find people are very responsive and helpful.
ReplyDeleteI've used Edmodo for a few years and love it. We don't have access to using Google classroom with our 3rd graders, so Edmodo is very helpful. The students love it, and it's a great way for me to communicate with them when I'm not at school. I do make sure we discuss correct posting and using complete sentences. I tell the kids it's like Facebook, but since it's for school we have to be professional. I hope you enjoy it!
